This countertop lever slicer cuts thin sheets from a lightly frozen block of beef or mutton for hot pot, barbecue, or pot dishes. A V-shaped tray and a spring press hold the block; the long arm carries the blade. Two star knobs set thickness — turn both sides together. Four suction-cup feet keep the plate from walking on a clean worktop.

- Rinse-clean body; wipe the blade after every session
Typical specifications
- Style: manual frozen-meat slicer / small guillotine
- Base on graphic: about 26.5 × 14.5 cm (10.4 × 5.7 in)
- Lever length on graphic: about 38 cm (15 in)
- Material: stainless plate and blade, plastic/foam grips, suction feet
- Use: lightly frozen beef, mutton, bacon; some lots also slice firm vegetables
- A Chinese instruction sticker may sit on the base of some units
How to use
- Set the plate on a dry, smooth counter and press so the cups hold.
- Turn both thickness knobs the same amount (clockwise thinner on the source graphic).
- Place a lightly frozen block in the V-tray and bring the spring press down.
- Keep the free hand on the press, never past the blade. Pull the lever down in a steady stroke.
- Collect the sheets. Repeat. Release the cups by lifting an edge, not by yanking the plate.
Care tips
- This is a sharp kitchen tool. Keep it away from children.
- Do not force bone or fully rock-hard blocks — thaw until a knife can just mark the surface.
- Wash by hand. Dry the blade so it does not spot. Do not run it in a dishwasher if the lot has foam grips.
